Welcome to Shoreline

From the minute you drive onto our campus we hope that you sense God’s kindness toward you.  At Shoreline you’ll find a warm, enthusiastic and open group of people who simply want to share God’s love and grace with a hurting world.

Shoreline has ample parking so it’s rare that you’ll have trouble finding a spot. If you’re coming for a major event or you’re arriving late you’ll probably want to head to the east lot to find a space. Shuttles run on Sundays to help you get to and from your car. If the weather is bad you can drop your family or friends off under the east or west porticos, park your car and then run like crazy. If you have children, the east portico is best since all of the children’s areas are on that side of the building.

To help clear the parking lot after service we implement a traffic control system that will help you beat the Baptists to Lubys. The most important thing to remember is that only right turns are allowed onto Shoreline drive out of the two northeast exits. This creates a smooth, uninterrupted flow of traffic out of the lot and onto Shoreline. Once you’re on Shoreline you can go to Bratton and head towards Austin, Round Rock or Pflugerville. If you absolutely need to get onto the Toll Road make sure to use the main exit or the northwest exit. Just follow the orange cones and you’ll be okay.
Shoreline is a diverse church with people from all walks of life. In that spirit you’ll find a multiplicity of language, dress and culture. Some people wear suits, some people wear shorts and some people even wear traditional garb from their native country. That’s pretty cool. From bankers to bakers to bikers, Shoreline welcomes everyone because we all have one thing in common: we’ve come to learn about, enjoy and spread God’s love and His grace. So come as you are or come in a suit, (just don’t come in your birthday suit) we promise you’ll feel comfortable no matter what.
Shoreline is an enthusiastic congregation with a high-energy worship style. At Shoreline you can expect about a half hour or so of incredible worship from Eric Moore, Josh Lopez, Skip Downey and the worship team. Please feel free to raise your hands and sing loud and proud (even it you can’t) or to remain silent and tap your toes. You can stand, sit or kneel – it’s up to you. After worship we usually have a time of prayer for any need that you may have. Please feel free to come forward and have one of our trained prayer partners pray for you. After prayer Pastor Rob Koke will preach a message of grace, love and hope that is sure to inspire you.

Shoreline’s children’s program is designed give your child an excellent foundation in the faith in a safe and caring environment. Safety is critical to us, so when you check your child in he or she will be registered in our database along with any important information that we need to know to properly care for him or her. Please allow a few extra minutes for this process the first time you check your child in. Once your child is registered you can go to an automated check-in station and check in very quickly. At check-in your child will receive a name badge with a number and you’ll receive a corresponding slip of paper that you’ll use to pick your child up. We never release a child to anyone except the person who holds the slip.

Shoreline’s nursery and preschool is located in the main building in the east corridor. The best way to get there is to park in the east lot and go in the east lobby. Crossover Children’s Ministry (3rd – 6th grade) is located in our new state-of-the-art children’s building in front of the main building. Check-in for this building is located in the main lobby.

If you have any questions about Shoreline’s children ministry please contact Tammy Frank at tammy.frank@shoreline.net

Shoreline has something going on for the youth at every service. The J-High Lodge is in the west corridor next to the west lobby and J-Highers meet there on Sunday mornings during service. On Wednesday evenings J-Highers meet in the Special Events Center (SEC) which is the first building on your left as you enter the main drive.

High Schoolers meet every Wednesday evening in the Special Events Center for a power-packed youth service. On Sundays High Schoolers meet in room A205 in the main building (main building, east corridor, second floor) for co-ed small groups.

If you’re looking for a Bible or other Christian resource you can visit Carlos in the bookstore and he’ll make sure you find what you need. If he doesn’t have it in stock he can order it for you.
